Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Hatha Yoga promotes the restoration of both body and mind through gentle, slower movements. This practice encourages participants to connect deeply with their bodies and cultivate mindfulness as they move. We'll take time moving through traditional breath-control practices and a guided meditation at the end of class to encourage and promote overall well-being. Feel free to bring a journal or a notepad to write on at the end of class to encapsulate any thoughts or emotions that come up in class.

Looking to deepen your understanding of your practice? Every two weeks, in this 60 minute class, our instructors will lead a lecture on the fundamentals of yoga asana, philosophy & science.
