Gentle Hatha Yoga

In this invigorating Hatha yoga class, we’ll start the day/end our day with gentle movements that progressively build in intensity. Throughout the practice, you’ll experience mindful stretches that release tension and enhance flexibility, culminating in a blend of uplifting sequences and restorative postures.

All levels of experience welcome.
