Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, we hope that you feel included in any of our classes. We recommend trying our Hatha class to familiarize yourself with some of the foundational functions of Yoga!

If you are looking for a class with a greater focus on physical connection, we recommend trying our Vinyasa class.
