
Slow down and connect in our Hatha Yoga class. We'll hold poses to deepen awareness, improve flexibility, and build foundational strength, all while focusing on breath. With modifications for all levels, this practice is designed to be accessible and supportive. Plenty of time for rest is integrated, allowing you to truly restore and integrate the benefits of the physical practice. We'll take time moving through traditional breath-control practices and meditation to encourage and promote peace.
All levels of experience welcome.
