At the Steady as She Goes Workshop, we will explore what it means to live life slowly and intentionally and set New Year's goals that are laid out and attainable with actionable steps.

We’ll kick off with a restorative Vin-to-Yin yoga practice, where gentle movements will help cultivate both creativity and strength. Prepare for deep restorative poses that open your mind and body to new possibilities, setting a serene tone for the day.

Next, we’ll explore the powerful technique of pranayama. This invigorating focus on breath control will enhance your sense of calm and restoration, bringing you into a state of deeper relaxation.

As we transition into tranquility, immerse yourself in a guided meditation session that invites peace, allowing you to connect with your inner self.

Following this peaceful journey, we'll dive into a fulfilling "Brain Dump" journaling experience. You'll have the chance to express your thoughts freely, followed by an uplifting affirmation circle to solidify your intentions and inspire positivity.

After a brief and nourishing snack break to recharge our energies, we’ll engage in a creative mood board creation session. Craft a visual representation of your ideal day six months from now, igniting motivation and inspiring your vision for the future.
